Secretary of State and State Librarian Jesse White awarded $530,104 in 2022 Project Next Generation (PNG)
grants to 28 public libraries statewide. PNG is a mentoring program administered through Illinois public
libraries.
Thanks to a bequest by the late Frances Wertz, the Bradley Public Library has been able to add a conference room in our building. The Frances Wertz Conference Room seats 12 at a central conference table. It is available to reserve twice per month for free by non-profit community groups, educational organizations, and governmental agencies.

Joining a growing number of libraries in Illinois and nationwide, we are no longer charging overdue fines on most materials checked out at the Bradley Library. The library Board of Trustees voted in favor of this policy change to help erase economic barriers to library use.
