The Bradley Public Library Board of Trustees has appointed Library Director Jodie DePatis as the FOIA Officer. Alternate FOIA Officer is Marie Cowden, Access Services Coordinator.

A FOIA policy has been approved by the Bradley Public Library District Board of Trustee.  The approved policy, request form, and organizational chart are posted below. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests must be submitted in writing.
